This is my plate. A little over a half an inch tall (vertically) and 5.5" wide. Dunked into the dark green glaze. This took 1:00min to make on the wheel. Very nature like. Has slight ripples. Yup

This is my choice 2 project. A vase. 3.5" tall, 2.78" top wide and 1.5 in bottom wide. I used clear inside and out, with some black and blue stain colors. The lines patterning outside of the vase are supposed to be vines with blue leaves on them. The inside at the bottom has a ying yang sign using the same colors. I find choice more entertaining because you make whatever u want. Gives a chance to make something different. The vase is subtle and intriguing to the eye with the colors and patterns on it.

This is me wheel altered creation. It was very fun to make I would say. The project is 4" tall 2.5" bottom wide and top wide is altered. I pinched in a triangular shape to make the spiral twist you see in (pic2). I glazed it all green. This project is wild and earthy as always my way of making things.

This is my first choice project which happens to be a bowl of 3" tall, 6" top wide, and 3" bottom wide. I used clear glaze on the outside and blue on the inside. Then used red and black stains to make the designs in this piece. I focused more on glazing to make this ordinary bowl stand out. I believe this bowl gives off a festive feeling with its light and dark colors, as well as the spiraling pattern.

These projects are my set of three. Each are about the same size but have different features shapes and color. What make them a set is their designs and the seperation of colors. I used tape to try to make the three groves I've made on each project a solid color rather than a messy mix of glazes. I'm giving this set of three to my grandmother as a gift. The three glazes used in each project are scrap, blue, and green. The scrap is a kind of orange-brownish color. This set make me mellow, I blame the blue for that. Next set I make will actually have a purpose instead of them just being "containers".

This is my thrown tall project. I admit its the worst tall project I've made because its like the leaning tower in Paris. It is glazed outside with scrap and inside with blue. It's 6" top wide, 4 1/2" tall, and 3 1/2" bottom wide. No new skills used. Art element would fit with my theme idea on nature. The mood is subtle.

These are my two wheel bowls. The first one is thin tall and wide with demensions of 3.2" tall 6" top wide and 3 1/2 " bottom wide, and glazes white on the outside & scrap on the inside. One skill used was my own glazing technique by being O.C.D about it. Second bowl is thick short in height and wide. Demensions are 6" top wide, 2.1" tall, and 3.9" bottom wide. Dark green glaze on the outside, blue in the inside. Glaze smokes down into the bowl and is intertwined with the other glaze very well. Seperation of colors. Both show a very natural feeling, the green surrounding the blue as in earth, the scrap showing patches of green in the brown. All very natural like color combinations.
